Please Pray for Me Today

Please say a prayer for me. At 3pm on Dec 13, I will defend my Ph.D. dissertation, entitled: "Thomas Aquinas on Natural Law and the Twofold Beatitude of Humanity."

It's not assumed that I will be successful, so please say a Hail Mary for me. If I pass, it will be a day of great rejoicing. If I fail it will be day for learning more humility.

From the beginning, I consecrated this dissertation and Ph.D. to our Blessed Lady under her title "Seat of Wisdom." She is the greatest philosopher because she is the greatest lover of Wisdom. I have invoked her prayers and help along the way - she even helped me to learn French.

This project has been possible through the most two important women in my life - Mother Mary and my wife Joy.

Our Lady, Seat of Wisdom, pray for us.
Saint Anne, pray for us.
Saint Lucy, pray for us.
Saint Joseph of Cupertino, pray for us.

ad Jesum per Mariam,
Taylor

PS: If successful, there will be a reception tonight (Dec 13) at the University of Dallas from 6pm till 7pm (Gorman Lounge). I hope to give a lecture and refreshments will be offered. All are welcome.
PPS: Please pray a Hail Mary!
