Something to think about:
If something catastrophic happened to the region in which I live (flood, earthquake, terrorist attack, tornado) how could I live and how could I help others?
Do I have a serious first aid kit
? Do I need to store some food
? Do I need a few hundred dollars in currency on hand (banks require electricity)? Could I cook
? How could I filter clean water
? How could I hear emergency broadcasts
? Could I stay warm
? These are questions facing the Japanese. Perhaps it's time for us to think about what it would mean to be ready. Hopefully nothing like this happens to us, but if it should, how can we protect our family, neighbors, and friends?|
